Abstract

В статье рассмотрены сущность и содержание инновационного потенциала работников промышленных предприятий в условиях влияния зарубежных санкций и необходимости повышения конкурентоспособности производств. Выявлены элементы инновационного потенциала работников, определены уровни их значимости для различных категорий персонала. Предложен алгоритм управления инновационным потенциалом работников, использование которого позволит повысить эффективность инновационной деятельности предприятия.
