Повышение Конкурентоспобности Коммерческих Банков В Условиях Кризиса

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются факторы, повышающие конкурентоспособность кредитных организаций на отечественном рынке банковских услуг. Рассматривается целесообразность использования поведенческой сегментации. Проводится анализ развития дистанционного способа связи между клиентами и банковскими структурами, а также оценка факторов предпочтений клиентов. В статье приводится ряд рекомендаций, применение которых обеспечит устойчивый рост конкурентоспособности коммерческих банков в условиях макроэкономической неопределенности.
