Abstract

Пенсионный фонд и механизм управления его финансами требует изменений экономических, социальных и демографических условий с учетом передового мирового опыта, накопленного финансовой наукой. Это вызывает необходимость глубокого научного анализа проблем, связанных с реализацией пенсионной реформы, её последствиями, функционированием пенсионной системы и, главное, деятельностью Пенсионного фонда государства.
