Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены меры влияния на имидж компании, предоставляющей доступ в интернет, с целью улучшения. Автором проанализирована техническая сторона вопроса, а также решения из области маркетинга. Рассмотрен способ модернизации инфраструктуры не с полной заменой устаревшей, а с частичным ее сохранением. Предложены варианты привлечения новых потребителей, готовых платить больше, за счет введения системы бонусов. Особое внимание уделяется благотворительности. Подчеркивается прозрачность механизма распределения благотворительных средств.
