Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрен вопрос, связанный с анализом методологий управления для стартап-проектов. На сегодняшний день конкурентоспособность любой компании, так или иначе связана с инновационным подходом к решению бизнес-задач. Определенная методология управления необходима исполнителям стартапа для достижения поставленных результатов и воплощения идеи в жизнь.
