Abstract

Сегодня теории менеджмента скорее спорны, чем окончательно определены. Нет единства и в области терминологии. Даже есть утверждения, что менеджмент это «ненаука». Цель статьи показать, что менеджмент это наука, предметом которой являются практические методики, положения, бизнес-процессы, и т.д., в совокупности, обеспечивающие развитие социальной организации и достижение ею необходимых социально-экономических результатов. Наука, имеющая собственные методы исследований, обеспечивающие практическую постановку и достижение целей организации.
