Abstract

В данной статье авторы рассматривают специфику правовой минимизации налогообложения в соответствии с налоговым законодательством Российской Федерации на примере иностранных офшорных государств. Показаны проблемы вывоза иностранного капитала из экономики России. В свете последних событий обозначены меры борьбы с незаконной минимизацией налогообложения и ее последствий для экономики.
