Abstract

Импортозамещение рассматривается как комплексная проблема развития агропромышленного комплекса в целом и его основных сфер деятельности. Проблема импортозамещения анализирована в контексте наращивания собственного производства и потребления продовольствия, и в контексте развития экспортного потенциала агропродовольственного сектора страны. Предложены основные направления политики импортозамещения продовольствия в рамках ЕАЭС. Достижение такой цели возможно через сбалансированность в структуре экспорта, импорта, внутреннего производства и потребления аграрной продукции. Определены приоритеты и механизмы сбалансированного развития внешней торговли агропродукцией Кыргызстана в условиях ЕАЭС.
