Abstract

В статье показано, что структура парадигмы менеджмента включает сформулированные социально-экономические, производственно-экономические, производственно-социальные и социальные отношения базис парадигмы, и формальную и неформальную организации надстройку над базисом парадигмы. Рассмотрены основные положения парадигмы современного менеджмента и сделана попытка раскрыть, в первом приближении, «парадигмальную теорию менеджмента», которая дает модель постановки проблем менеджмента и их решения.
