О Некоторых Аспектах Формирования Механизма Управления Модернизацией Предприятий В Рамках Интегрированных Бизнес-Групп

Abstract

В статье показана роль интеграционных процессов в развитии и модернизации машиностроительных предприятий; рассмотрены некоторые проблемы, возникающие в ходе реализации модернизационных мероприятий; представлены последовательные этапы процесса управления модернизацией в рамках интегрированной бизнес-группы с целью обеспечения конкурентоспособности; предложено определять приоритетные направления инвестиций не только на основе оценки экономической эффективности модернизационных проектов, но и с учетом потенциала модернизации предприятия и его подразделений.
