Abstract

В статье исследованы проблемы инвестирования на рынке жилищного строительства. Рассмотрен вопрос о выгодности инвестирования жилой недвижимости на разных этапах ее строительства, а также проведен анализ оценки объекта жилой недвижимости. Представлены перспективные направления результатов оценки объектов жилой недвижимости для всех участников инвестиционно-строительного комплекса, необходимых для принятия инвестиционного решения.
