Abstract

В работе обоснована необходимость расчета кредитоспособности субъектов Российской Федерации и муниципальных образований в связи с увеличением заимствований регионов у кредитных организаций. Установлена зависимость кредитного рейтинга регионов от объема их долговой нагрузки и даны рекомендации по его повышению.
