Abstract

Дерево целей, являющееся декомпозицией целей предприятия, позволяет поставить частную цель каждому подразделению, каждому сотруднику предприятия. Однако оно ничего не говорит о том, какие мотивы будут иметь руководители и сотрудники для реализации этих целей. Необходимо, во-первых, дерево, которое будет не только показывать цель, но и мотив достижения этой цели. Во-вторых, за счет композиции целей предприятия ставить и общественно-необходимую цель предприятия социальный мотив деятельности.
