Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, касающиеся необходимости грамотного управления заемным капиталом, позволяющего формировать стратегическую финансовую устойчивость; обсуждаются меры по минимизации финансового риска в ходе диверсификации источников финансирования на базе функционирования ОАО «РЖД».
