Abstract

Организационно-правовые документы предприятия должны существовать не по отдельности, а в единой системе, которая должна отражать заданные принципы и нормы деятельности (культуру), организацию и систему управления деятельностью предприятия. Для этого необходимо формализовать само предприятие как требуемую систему, только тогда полученный комплекс организационно-правовых документов будет обеспечивать эффективную деятельность предприятия, достижение поставленных перед ним целей.
