Abstract

Управление инвестиционной привлекательностью является необходимым условием сохранения или создания конкурентных преимуществ предприятия. В данной статье управление инвестиционной привлекательностью рассмотрено как процесс, т.е. последовательная реализация основных управленческих функций: планирования (определение целевых ориентиров ключевых параметров оценки), организации и контроля (сопоставление фактических значений с запланированными). Эффективным признается такое управление, которое способствует достижению поставленных целей.
