Abstract

Одна из важнейших функций маркетинговой деятельности состоит в выявлении потенциальных потребителей и определении процесса принятия их решения о покупке. Построение маркетинговой модели поведения потребителей образовательных услуг позволит выйти на качественно новый уровень взаимодействия с ними и в результате упрочить конкурентное положение самих вузов.
