Повышение Эффективности Производства И Реализации Картофеля

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные факторы, влияющие на эффективность производства и реализации картофеля, проведен анализ соотношения розничных цен и себестоимости на примере одного их сельскохозяйственных предприятий Удмуртской Республики. Также обоснована целесообразность и определена экономическая эффективность внедрения технологической линии по мойке, сушке и последующей упаковке картофеля.
