Территории Опережающего Развития Как Инструмент Регулирования Социально-Экономического Развития Регионов России

Abstract

В статье рассмотрено понятие территорий опережающего социально-экономического развития (ТОР), проанализирован экономический эффект от их введения, проведён сравнительный анализ использования ТОРов в России и в странах Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона, дана сравнительная характеристика свободных экономических зон и территорий опережающего развития. Приведены преимущества и недостатки от введения данных территорий в России, описаны преференции, которые будут предоставлены резидентам подобных территории, сделан вывод о целесообразности применения данной практики в России.
