Abstract

В статье автор рассматривает ряд факторов, причин и приводит пример различных типов взаимодействий, влияющих на эффективность деятельности корпоративной структуры. Для решения методологических и теоретических задач по совершенствованию функционирования корпоративных структур в регионах Российской Федерации, их социальной ответственности, необходимо уточнить принципы, на которых они базируются. Итогом работы стало определение четких характеристик, которые являются спецификой функционирования корпоративных структур.
