Abstract

Существующие в налоговом законодательстве некие неопределенность и недосказанность, приводят к тому, что одни и те же установленные правовые нормы понимаются и исполняются по-разному, как индивидуальными предпринимателями, так и налоговыми органами. Цель данной статьи рассмотреть примеры неоднозначного толкования некоторых аспектов налогового законодательства и его неурегулированности в вопросах порядка ведения учета доходов и расходов индивидуальными предпринимателями, плательщиками налога на доходы. Задача статьи найти пути решения возникшей проблемы.
