Abstract

В статье рассматривается механизм реализации проекта освоения малых месторождений нефти, основанный на построении моделей оптимизации инвестирования, исследовании инвестиционных возможностей и выбора путей исполнения рассматриваемого проекта. В качестве методов оценки эффективности проекта могут быть использованы методы без дисконтирования денежных потоков (показатель срок окупаемости) и с дисконтированием (ЧДД, ВНД, ИД). Приведены критерии принятия управленческого решения о целесообразности выполнения проекта на основе нормы чувствительности и социальной значимости.
