Abstract

В жизни каждого человека наступает такой момент, когда необходимо задумываться о трудоустройстве. Если индивид претендует на какое-то вакантное место, то ему следует тщательно подготовиться: составить резюме, пройти собеседование и иные этапы отбора. При этом важно обратить внимание на самопрезентацию. Цель данного исследования состоит в изучении аспектов, на которые работодатель обращает внимание. В статье также рассматриваются составляющие самопрезентации, влияющие на успешность прохождения процедуры отбора. Компоненты самопрезентации, такие как, резюме, анкета, поведение на собеседовании позволяют человеку выгодно себя продать на рынке труда. По мере формирования профессиональных компетенций, индивид меняет собственный “ценник”, увеличивая свою стоимость в соответствии с уровнем развитых личностных и профессиональных навыков.
