Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема повышения эффективности труда руководителей и специалистов аграрного сектора АПК. Определение эффективности управления сводится к экономическому анализу и оценке роли управленческих кадров в достижении целей предприятий отрасли. С помощью данного анализа вырабатываются стратегия и тактика развития предприятий аграрного сектора АПК, обосновываются планы и управленческие решения, выявляются резервы повышения эффективности производства, оцениваются результаты деятельности предприятий, отдельных подразделений и управленческих работников в целом.
