Abstract

В статье выявлена взаимосвязь и взаимозависимость градостроительного и социально-экономического развития территории. Рассмотрены цели и задачи «Программы социально-экономического развития муниципального образования «Город Ижевск» на 2010-2014 годы». Также проанализированы базовые позиции проектного решения Генерального плана города Ижевска как стратегии развития территории, в рамках которой обозначена главная градостроительная концепция г. Ижевска. В качестве примера приведены проекты комплексной застройки микрорайонов г. Ижевска.
