Abstract

Термин «управление по целям» в общей теории управления это просто тавтология, но в менеджменте он говорит о том, что для эффективной деятельности предприятие должно иметь четко поставленные цели и систему управления, организующую и обеспечивающую деятельность по достижению этих целей. Собственно этому вопросу и посвящена настоящая статья: как ставить цели, определять и измерять показатели хода достижения целей, как управлять предприятием.
