Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию места и роли транснациональных корпораций автомобильной промышленности Федеративной Республики Германия в глобальных процессах слияния и поглощения. Автор рассматривает географическую и отраслевую структуру операций слияния и поглощения и приходит к выводу, что за последние два года транснациональные корпорации автомобильной промышленности Федеративной Республики Германия стали объектом поглощения корпораций эмерджентных рынков преимущественно в секторе поставщиков компонентов и деталей для транспортных средств.
