Анализ Взаимосвязи Менеджмента И Контроллинга

Abstract

Переход на инновационное развитие российской экономики требует повышения эффективности управления отечественными предприятиями, совершенствования его методологических основ и инструментария. Важнейшим инструментом управления в современных условиях становится контроллинг. Однако до настоящего времени в экономической науке не существует единого подхода к структуризации задач контроллинга в увязке с функциями менеджмента. В статье проанализированы основные виды взаимосвязи между менеджментом и контроллингом и даны предложения по их развитию.
