Abstract

До недавнего прошлого на уровне региональной системы одной из задач было формирование эффективного функционирования промышленных предприятий. В современной экономике и вступления России в ВТО приоритетной проблемой является формирование устойчивого развития промышленности региона. В данной статье будут рассмотрено особенности перехода российской экономики от эффективности функционирования к устойчивому развитию на региональном уровне.
