Abstract

В статье рассмотрена реализация стратегии диверсификации через проекты. Поэтапно проанализирован механизм управления диверсификацией товаропотоков, а также выделены элементы и фазы жизненного цикла проекта. Приведены и охарактеризованы основные функции и подфункции проектов, на основе которых осуществляется формирование и управление проектами по реализации стратегии диверсификации товаропотоков на предприятии.
