Роль Государственно-Частного Партнёрства В Модернизации Транспортной Инфраструктуры

Abstract

Механизм государственно-частного партнёрства в современных экономических условиях России рассматривается как приоритетный для реализации ряда инфраструктурных задач в области развития транспорта – отрасли обладающей наибольшим мультипликативным эффектом. Однако, большинство транспортных проектов, реализуемых в форме государственно-частного партнёрства (ГЧП), сталкиваются с трудностями, которые ставят под угрозу их реализацию, а так же целесообразность использования механизма ГЧП в инфраструктурных проектах. В статье рассматриваются основные причины, приводящие к проблемам такого рода.
