Особенности Подготовки Управленческих Кадров Для Инновационной Экономики

Abstract

Рассмотрены элементы эволюционного развития управленческого образования в последнее десятилетие. Выделены особенности подготовки менеджеров для работы в условиях инновационного развития экономики. Дана характеристика образовательных программ по подготовке инновационных менеджеров, осуществляемых как в системе высшего, так и дополнительного профессионального образования. С позиций особенностей подготовки руководителей инновационных процессов рассмотрены: программа МВА, Президентская программа подготовки управленческих кадров, магистерская программа «Менеджмент инноваций».
