Интеграция Сетевых Моделей Проектов И Оценка Их Рисков

Abstract

Одним из способов преодоления проблем высокой размерности сетевых моделей проектов является интеграция входящих в них работ. Интеграция обеспечивает прозрачность процессов реализуемых проектов, ускоряет принятие решений, уменьшает затраты и расширяет возможности высшего руководства в управлении. В статье развиваются методы интеграции работ отдельных проектов, обеспечивающих определение распределений вероятностей, моментов и рисков их выполнения, путем систематического использования операций свертки и расчета распределений времени параллельного, и альтернативного выполнения работ. Применяемый подход иллюстрирован простыми примерами.
