Краудсорсинг Бизнес-Процессов – Одна Из Стратегий Современной Концепции Маркетинга

Abstract

В статье рассматривается такое явление как краудсорсинг бизнес-процессов, определяющий собой новую концепцию маркетинга в современном экономическом сообществе. Краудсорсинг позволяет менеджменту при низкой себестоимости получить решения сложных задач, привлекая массы людей в совместную работу. В статье приводятся примеры использования краудсорсинга крупными компаниями и доказывается эффективность его применения.
