Оценка Рисков При Кредитовании Инновационных Проектов

Abstract

Механизм коммерциализации инноваций ограничивается высокими рисками инновационных проектов. При этом финансовые учреждения пока не имеют обоснованной методики оценки рисков при кредитовании инновационных технологий. Это возможно только при развитой системе риск-менеджмента в банке. Необходимы инновационные подходы к формированию источников финансирования и оценки банковских рисков. В настоящей работе предпринята попытка разработки новой методики оценки кредитного риска банка при финансировании инновационных проектов, использование которой позволяет банкам более активно участвовать в предоставлении синдицированных займов для проектного финансирования инновационных проектов.
