Перспективы Развития Ипотечной Программы «Малоэтажное Жилье» В России

Abstract

В статье проанализировано состояние рынка ипотечного жилищного кредитования в России за 2011 год. Проведен анализ государственной ипотечной программы – «Малоэтажное жилье». Автор рассматривает преимущества и недостатки малоэтажного строительства в России. Выявленные автором недостатки во многом ограничивают применение донной программы для широкого круга пользователей. Устранение недостатков ипотечной программы «Малоэтажное жилье» позволит сделать ее доступной для граждан со средним уровнем достатка.
