Основные Мотивы Слияния Нефтегазодобывающих Предприятий На «Анк «Башнефть» И Оао Нк «Русснефть»

Abstract

В данной статье автор попытался представить в структурированном виде мотивы, побуждающие разные предприятия к реструктуризации путем слияний и поглощений. Отмечается, что основная причина реструктуризации компаний в виде слияний и поглощений заключается в стремлении получить и усилить синергический эффект. Возникающая при слиянии новая корпорация может использовать ряд преимуществ (синергий), которые появляются в результате объединения ресурсов этих корпораций. Автор рассматривает основные мотивы слияний нефтегазодобывающих компаний на примере ОАО «АНК «Башнефть» и ОАОНК «Русснефть».
