Как Построить Эффективную Организацию

Abstract

Построение эффективной организации является задачей во всех областях деятельности человека: в государственном управлении, в бизнесе, некоммерческих структурах и т.д. То, что лучшие результаты показывают организации со стратегическим управлением, ясно уже давно, но при построении реальной организации необходимо учитывать вопросы практически неограниченного разнообразия управляемых ситуаций, организационной структуры, человеческого фактора, причем все эти вопросы взаимосвязаны и неразделимы. В настоящей статье предпринята попытка комплексного решения поставленных вопросов с помощью рекурсивной модели системы стратегического управления.
