Abstract

В данной статье авторами анализируются основные факторы, препятствующие эффективному функционированию сферы малого бизнеса, в особенности уделяется внимание деятельности малых инновационных предприятий. Рассматривается существующая система налоговых льгот для данной категории хозяйствующих субъектов, описаны ее характерные недостатки и преимущества. Авторами представлен один из методов реформирования действующего упрощенного режима относительно инновационных организаций.
