Abstract

В середине 1990-х гг. ученые-экономисты и руководство Китая пришли к выводу, что экстенсивный тип развития страны и сверхвысокие темпы роста экономики КНР носят разрушительный характер. В связи с этим, правительством Китая были разработаны и осуществлены ряд целевых программ и планов. Во многом, благодаря поддержке государства, значительному притоку иностранных инвестиций и увеличению расходов на НИОКР, Китаю удалось добиться за достаточно короткий период значительных успехов на пути инновационного развития «экономики знаний».
