Abstract

В настоящее время разработка организационной структуры предприятия сводится, в основном, к ее выбору из числа известных структур. На самом же деле, разработка оргструктуры это определение иерархии и полномочий структурных подразделений, а также формализация связей взаимодействия между подразделениями, как только они определены и зафиксированы оргструктура задана полностью и однозначно. Но это непростой и неоднозначный вопрос, попытке его решения и посвящена настоящая статья.
