Генерация Бизнес-Идей (Управление Инновациями) – Основная Технология Повышения Инновационного Потенциала Банка

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные аспекты повышения конкурентоспособности банковских продуктов, обусловленные современными условиями рыночной экономики. Автором в качестве ключевых инструментов получения преимуществ над конкурентами рассмотрены – повышение инновационной культуры, обучение основам ТРИЗ профильных подразделений банка, брокеринг знаний, стимулирование новаторства и создание инновационного климата. Рассмотрены основные коэффициенты оценки инновационной стратегии и механизм оценки инновационной активности.
