Abstract

Философия управления человеческими ресурсами в современных условиях претерпевает серьезные изменения. Инновационное развитие выдвигает новые требования к качественным характеристикам человеческих ресурсов (ЧР). Развитие применяемых оценочных процедур позволит осознанно и объективно подойти к формированию кадрового ядра как особой категории сотрудников, а количественные и качественные характеристики ЧР, в свою очередь, могут принципиально изменить инвестиционную привлекательность и цену организации.
