Abstract

Повышение конкурентоспособности организации в условиях модернизации экономики затрагивает всю систему производительных сил, изменяя роль и место человека как главной производительной силы. В современных условиях готовность работника к эффективной трудовой деятельности оценивается в первую очередь с точки зрения его деловых, в том числе профессиональных компетенций, связанных не только с его специализацией, но и социальной компетентностью.
