Abstract

Стратегия предприятия это путь (программа) достижения экономической цели предприятия и его миссии. Однако в известных концепциях стратегия формируется исходя из частных стратегических целей, которые выбираются, опираясь, фактически, только на предлагаемые политики, например: стратегические цели должны располагаться в определенных проекциях, стратегические цели должны иметь причинно-следственные связи, и т.д. Настоящая статья является попыткой создания целостной стратегии предприятия, в которой стратегические цели можно получить из видения предприятия.
