Abstract

Розкрито та наглядно описано суть державного фінансового аудиту виконання бюджетних програм. Проаналізовано сучасний стан галузі охорона здоров'я та основні моменти проведення державного фінансового аудиту виконання бюджетних програм. Запропоновано реформування деяких позицій медичної системи за допомогою проведення державного фінансового аудиту виконання бюджетних програм соціальної сфери, для усунення усіх можливих факторів неефективного використання державних коштів та задоволення потреб суспільства.
