Abstract

На базі знаннєвого підходу проаналізовано економічні та організаційні зміни, що притаманні фірмі в економіці знань. Доведено, що фірма є інтелектуальною організацією, що навчається, здійснює інтеграцію знань, забезпечує інтелектуальний ефект масштабу та економію трансакційних витрат, пов'язаних з використанням ринкового механізму залучення знань. Розкрито специфічні форми організаційного розвитку фірми в умовах економіки знань.
