Abstract

У статті міститься інформація щодо нормативно-правової бази системи казначейського обслуговування розпорядників бюджетних коштів, сучасного стану системи в цілому та перспективи розвитку. Особливу увагу приділено процесу взаємодії органів Казначейства з розпорядниками коштів, та взаємодії Державної казначейської служби України з іншими учасниками бюджетного процесу. Проаналізовано основні нормативно-правові документи, якими керуються органи Казначейства в процесі своєї діяльності та наведено напрями вдосконалення законодавчої бази.
