Abstract

В статье рассмотрены особенности инноваций в государственном секторе экономики. Цель работы исследование необходимости и возможности оценки инноваций в государственном секторе экономики Беларуси с учетом мировой практики. В работе сделан анализ современной зарубежной литературы по проблеме измерения и оценки инноваций в государственном секторе экономики, исследованы европейские методики оценки инновационных процессов в государственном секторе, доказана целесообразность использования международных стандартов в практике институционального строительства национальной инновационной системы. Рассмотрены возможные пути формирования методических основ оценки инноваций в государственном секторе экономики Беларуси.
