Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы разработки гибких (комиссионных) систем оплаты труда работников коммерческих организаций в условиях либерализации экономической деятельности в Республике Беларусь. Цель: Оказание методической помощи руководителям и специалистам организаций при разработке собственных систем оплаты труда. Методология: В статье рассматриваются методические подходы, принципы и порядок построения гибких систем оплаты труда работников. Использованы общелогические методы исследования. Результаты работы: Подготовлены методические рекомендации по построению и применению гибких (комиссионных) систем оплаты труда. Область применения: Отраслевые органы государственного управления, коммерческие организации, предприниматели. Выводы: Представлен порядок построения гибких (комиссионных) систем оплаты труда.
